Stellar Healthcare provides primary care for all ages including infants, children, adolescence, women, men, geriatrics and limited prenatal services. We listen carefully to our patients and really work with them to provide individual care to meet their health care needs. We love getting to know our patients and spend quality time with them. Below is a list of the services that we provide to patients as an individuals’ primary health care provider:
- Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals as needed, including providing referrals
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors, self-care skills, and treatment options
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, infections, and injuries
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor chronic diseases (ie. diabetes, high blood pressure)
- Obtain medical histories and conduct physical examinations
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies (ie. lab tests, x-rays, EKGs)
- Prescribe medications
- Prescribe physical therapy and other rehabilitation treatments
- Provide prenatal care and family planning services
- Provide well-child care, and adolescent care including screening, immunizations and sport physicals
- Provide health maintenance care for adults, including annual physicals and DOT physicals
